Luciano and his team were wonderful!!! Always on time, cleaned up before they left, very professional and was very receptive to any concerns I had during this process. My floors are beautiful and so are the stairs and new railing! They sanded and  refinished oak hardwood floors throughout the main level of our house, restoring the natural beauty. LG Flooring is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. They were consistently reliable, extremely skilled, and fair in their price. Our house required work installing new hardwoods of an uncommon size and tying in to existing hardwood floors in three locations. LG Flooring accomplished the work with exceptional detail showing no difference between old and new floors. Additionally they conducted a challenging sub-floor repair to level our floors following structural settling. All of this was done on time and for a price that beat all other estimates. He was recommended by someone on Next Door. He came out the very next day to give an estimate and started work the day after that.  He did an unbelievable job on repairing a void in the floor, a true magician. I couldn't even tell that there had been a hole. If you’re looking for good flooring service with top quality customer care, call now!! I don’t think you’ll find a company that takes such good care of their customers - he went to 3 different stores to look for the LVP flooring for us. Even sent pictures and FaceTime, whatever he needed to do in order to give us the exact flooring we wanted.

No matter how small the detail he always made sure to ask first. That’s why I even trusted him to work on the house when I wasn’t home! Something as little as a wood piece sticking out 1 inch this way or that way he would make sure it was how I wanted before doing anything. Customer care is number one with this company not to mention the floors look fantastic! We get compliments all the time on the hardwood.

They also worked with me on payment and costs which I really appreciated especially during times like this. He really treats you like family and am happy to have this company for future projects.

Luciano is a Hardwood floor genius! We thought  our floors were beyond refinishing  and were planning to cover them. Our son-in-law told us to call Luciano because he had seen his work.  We called Luciano,  he looked at our floors and said could refinish them. He told us they would look good.  They are gorgeous!!  I am thrilled!!! I would highly recommend LG Flooring for your hard wood floor project. Luciana is professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I needed my hardwood floor refinished. LG uses floor sanders with a vacuum system to reduce dust.  This is a great selling point as not all contractors have this type of equipment.  The quarter round trim was removed, floor sanded, stained, poly finished, and new quarter round installed. This work was done in 4 days. No mess was left behind.  The floor looked brand new! If you are looking for a wood floor contractor you can rely on that will give you a fair price, and do quality work, give LG Flooring a call.
